Chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 1 portion:

  • 160 ml water
  • 4 measuring spoons of Bimbosan Junior (2g)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Fruit to decorate, e.g. raspberries

Preparation:

Place the banana, cocoa powder, water and Bimbosan Junior in a blender until it has a uniform consistency. Pour the pudding mix into a container, cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.

Add fruit to taste and decorate as desired.
