Porridge with seasonal fruit

Ingredients for 1 portion:

  • 200 ml water
  • 50 g wholegrain oat flakes
  • 5 measuring spoons of Bimbosan Junior (31.5 g)
  • Seasonal fruit: e.g. banana, strawberries and blueberries (apple, kiwi, mandarin, raspberries, blackberries etc.)

Preparation:

Bring the water to the boil with the oat flakes, simmer for 3-5 minutes and then leave to cool to approx. 50°C. Add Bimbosan Junior and stir well. Pour into a suitable dish and leave to stand until the desired consistency has been reached.

Decorate with banana slices, blueberries, strawberries or apple slices as desired (see photo).
