The preparation of organic Hosana is simple and offers a lot of flexibility in use.
Porridge with follow-on milk
• boil 100 ml of water
• allow to cool to approx. 45°C
• add approx. 2 tablespoons* of organic Hosana plus 3 measuring spoons of milk powder and mix
Porridge with cow’s milk (after 12 months at the earliest)
• 120 ml warm cow’s milk
• add approx. 2 tablespoons* organic Hosana and mix
Home-made porridge
• add approx. 1 tablespoon* of organic Hosana
Tip: Fruit and vegetable meals become more filling when organic Hosana is added.
Nutritious drink with cow’s milk (after 12 months at the earliest)
• Add 2-3 teaspoons of Bio-Hosana per 100 ml directly to the already prepared drink and shake
