Bio-7 is a high-quality baby food made from seven selected organic cereals of the highest quality. Bio-7 is purely vegetable and enables a gentle introduction to complementary feeding. The cereals are grown according to organic guidelines and are processed very carefully.

Preparation
The preparation of Organic-7 is simple and offers a lot of flexibility in use.
Porridge with infant or follow-on milk
• boil 100 ml of water
• cool to approx. 45°C
• add approx. 2 tablespoons* Organic-7 and 3 measuring spoons of milk powder and mix
Porridge with cow’s milk (after 12 months at the earliest)
– 120 ml warm cow’s milk
– add approx. 2 tablespoons* Organic-7 and mix
Home-made porridge
– add approx. 1 tablespoon* of Organic-7
Tip: Fruit and vegetable meals become more filling when Bio-7 is added.
Nutritious drink with cow’s milk (after 12 months at the earliest)
– Add 2-3 teaspoons of Organic-7 per 100 ml directly to the already prepared feed and shake
Organic-7 can also be used in combination with breast milk.
* Tablespoon (slightly heaped, approx. 8 g)
Important: when using a bottle, change the teat beforehand (e.g. porridge teat, XL teat).

Ingredients: organic rice flour 45%, organic barley flour 18%, organic millet flour 15%, organic rye flour 7%, organic spelt flour 5%, organic oat flour 5%, organic corn flour 5%, antioxidant (extracts containing strong tocopherols), thiamine (vitamin B1).
