Smoothie

Fruit smoothie ingredients:

  • 80g strawberries
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 measuring spoons of Bimbosan Junior (9g)

Tip: Instead of strawberries, any berries such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or even mango, peaches/nectarines or kiwis can be used

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a container and blend. If the smoothie is too thick, you can dilute it with water.

Vegetable smoothie

Vegetable smoothie ingredients:

  • 80g cucumber
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 measuring spoons of Bimbosan Junior (9g)

Tip: Instead of cucumber, you can also use zucchini, spinach or avocado.

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a container and blend. If the smoothie is too thick, you can dilute it with water.
