Michael Grünenfelder is a down-to-earth farmer who runs the Birkenhof farm in Wangs in Sarganserland with his family. The farm covers an area of 23 hectares and is home to a herd of 30 cows, including Brown Swiss and Red Holstein breeds, as well as seven lively calves.
